回眸改革开放30年,中国发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得了举世瞩目的成就。十一届三中全会开始实施的改革开放政策,启动了我国经济从计划体制向市场体制的转型,资本市场应运而生。我国资本市场从无到有,从小到大,从区域到全国,规模不断壮大,制度不断完善,经营机构和投资者不断成熟,逐步成长为一个在法律制度、交易规则、监管体系等各方面与国际普遍公认原则基本相符的资本市场。
Looking back 30 years of reform and opening up, China has undergone tremendous changes and has made remarkable achievements.
