接触组为废铅精炼工厂的25名男工,平均年龄44.8岁,35名铁路修筑男工为对照组,平均年龄44.1岁。结果表明:接触铅工人的红细胞膜卵磷脂、血铅和尿铅、膜胆固醇、尿δ-ALA、尿粪卟啉均高于对照组,并除膜卵磷脂外均有非常显著差异。膜溶血卵磷脂、血浆卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶、红细胞计数、细胞容积低于对照组,膜卵磷脂和对照组差异有显著性。说明接触铅工人的红细胞膜类脂(胆固醇和磷脂)均有变化,其机理是:血
Twenty-five male workers in the contact group of waste lead refining factories with an average age of 44.8 years and 35 railway construction men workers as the control group with an average age of 44.1 years. The results showed that erythrocyte membrane lecithin, blood lead and urine lead, membrane cholesterol, urinary δ-ALA and urine coprecipitates in lead exposed workers were all higher than those in the control group, with significant differences except membrane lecithin. Membrane lysolecithin, plasma lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase, erythrocyte count, cell volume lower than the control group, the membrane lecithin and the control group differences were significant.
