时间如白驹过隙般,每天都在紧张忙碌中度过,一节40分钟的课总感觉太快太快,而下课的10分钟却又觉得如此短暂,还不够找几个同学来订正或纠错。近期,一直在关注和研究有关课堂、辅导学生、教学的有效性,通过学习和聆听老教师的经验,让我对有效教学有了一定的认识。再联系起自己的困惑,我静下心来,细细地想了想,为什么每天总感觉时间不够用,为什么自己的努力收获却不大?原来在于一个“效”字。
Time flies like a horse, spent every day in a tense, a 40-minute class always feel too fast, but 10 minutes after class feel so short, not enough to find a few classmates to correct or error correction. Recently, I have been paying attention to and studying the relevant classrooms, counseling students and the effectiveness of teaching. By learning from and listening to the experience of veteran teachers, I have gained a certain understanding of effective teaching. Then contact their own confusion, I calm down, thought carefully, why do not always feel enough time every day, why their efforts are not harvested? The original lies in a “effect ”.
