当今世界已迈进信息化时代。党的十六大的报告中明确提出:信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择,我国必须坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子。可见,信息化已经被列为科教兴国战略的一环重要议程。中国汽车产业作为入世后挑战最大的高科技产业,其信息化程度已成为汽车企业赢得竞争优势,生存、发展的关键。因此如何运用 IT 信息科技改造传统汽车产业,加快结构调整和产业升级,增强产业的技术创新和管理创新能力,提高销售水平,提高企业核心竞争力,已成为入世后我国汽车产业在迎接经济全球化挑战过程中无法回避的问题。为了更好地研究探索这些问题,推进汽车产业信息化建设,促进我国汽车产业与 IT 信息科技的完美结合。本刊特开辟“车时代”专栏。
Today’s world has entered the information age.
