高温合金GH135是近几年来我国冶金部门立足国内资源独立创制的新型铁基高温耐热合金,具有很好的机械性能。但是,这种铁基合金由于可加工性差,所以给金属切削加工带来了一定困难,普遍反映这种材料又硬又粘(在常温下抗拉强度极限σ_b=11100公斤/厘米~2,延伸率δ_b=24.4%,收缩率φ=18.5%。对这种材料钻孔时,开始我们用普通钻头,切削相当吃力,钻头颤动厉害,钻不下去,很快地就把钻头磨钝,烧毁。经分析研究之后,才认识到钻削这类高强度钢应首先加强钻头刚性。我们采取的措施
