心脏和血管是高血压病理生理作用的主要靶器官。高血压引起左室重构,导致左室的收缩与舒张功能障碍,严重者出现心力衰竭,甚至猝死。早期无创性评估高血压患者的心脏功能,对于及早预防和逆转心脏重构、防止心血管并发症的发生有着极其重要的意义。新近发展起来的速度向量成像(velocity vector imaging,VVI)技术是研究心肌力学、分析局部心功能的新技术。本文就VVI技术对高血压患者心肌力学的研究现状作一综述。
Heart and blood vessels are the main target organs for the pathophysiology of hypertension. Hypertension causes left ventricular remodeling, leading to left ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunction, severe heart failure, and even sudden death. Early noninvasive assessment of cardiac function in hypertensive patients, for the early prevention and reversal of cardiac remodeling, prevention of cardiovascular complications is extremely important. The newly developed velocity vector imaging (VVI) technique is a new technique for studying myocardial mechanics and analyzing local cardiac function. This article reviews the research status of VVI on myocardial mechanics in hypertensive patients.
