目的了解健康人群肠道病毒携带状况,探讨健康人群肠道病毒携带率与手足口病传播的关系及危害。方法 2011—2012年采集健康人群粪便标本500份。粪便提取核酸后应用实时荧光RT-PCR技术检测人肠道病毒(HEV)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CA16),按照年龄、职业、季节分别进行带毒情况分析。结果 500份标本中,HEV通用引物阳性57份(11.40%),其中EV71、CA16和其他肠道病毒阳性标本分别为9份(1.80%)、7份(1.40%)和41份(8.20%)。各个年龄段肠道病毒携带率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。医生、幼儿园工作人员和其他人群的EV71、CA16及其他肠道病毒携带率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按月份分布来看,检出EV71和CA16的标本75.00%分布在5—9月份,检出其他肠道病毒的标本48.78%分布在11月—次年1月份。结论健康人群中肠道病毒携毒率相对较高,EV71和CA16的检出季节分布与手足口病发病的季节分布吻合;医生和幼儿园工作人员等人群病毒携带率较普通人群高,其在手足口病的传播中可能具有重要作用。
Objective To understand the status of enterovirus infection in healthy people and to explore the relationship between the carriage rate of enteroviruses and the spread of hand-foot-mouth disease among healthy people. Methods From 2011 to 2012, 500 stool samples from healthy population were collected. The faeces were extracted nucleic acid and the real-time fluorescent RT-PCR was used to detect human enteroviruses (HEV), enterovirus 71 (EV71) and Coxsackie virus A16 (CA16), respectively, according to their age, occupation and season analysis. Results The positive samples of HEV were 57 (11.40%) positive in 500 samples, of which 9 (1.80%), 7 (1.40%) and 41 (8.20%) were EV71, CA16 and other enterovirus positive samples respectively. . There was no significant difference in the carriage rate of enterovirus among all age groups (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the carriage rates of EV71, CA16 and other enteroviruses between doctors, kindergarten staff and other groups (P <0.05). According to the monthly distribution, 75.00% of EV71 and CA16 samples were found in the period from May to September, and 48.78% of the samples of other enteroviruses were detected in November-January of the following year. Conclusions The virus carrying rate of enterovirus in healthy population is relatively high, and the seasonal distribution of EV71 and CA16 coincide with the seasonal distribution of HFMD. The carrying rate of virus such as doctors and kindergarten staff is higher than that of the general population, The spread of stomatitis may play an important role.
