从强化热交换设备气体侧的换热能力出发,针对传统换热插件的不足,开发了一种新型金属材质的强化换热插件——蜂巢式扩展表面。该插件一方面具有制作加工灵活、更换方便、弹性优良、气流阻力损失小等特点,可强化自身的导热及其与换热间壁的接触换热;另一方面由于具有很高的比表面积,且可同时起强化气体侧对流和辐射换热的作用,其又是一种综合性能高的扩展表面。工业应用表明,嵌入金属蜂巢后热交换设备的强化换热效果明显。
In order to enhance the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchange equipment on the gas side, a new type of metal-based heat exchanger plug-honeycomb expansion surface has been developed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional heat exchangers.
