Application of Foam Dressing and Hydrogel Dressing in Reducing the Incidence of Nasal and Facial Pressure Ulcers in ICU Patients Under Going Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation

Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of foam dressing and hydrogel dressing in the incidence of nasal and facial pressure ulcers in ICU patients undergoing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation （NIPPV）. Methods A total of 92 NIPPV patients who were admitted to ICU from January to December 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into foam dressing group （47 cases） and hydrogel dressing group （45 cases）. The risk and incidence of pressure ulcers， and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results After using the dressing， the pressure sore risk scores and comfort scores of the foam dressing group were higher than those of the hydrogel dressing group， and the difference was statistically significant （P

鼻面部压疮是压疮中的一种，是ICU患者在使用鼻无创正压通气（Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation，NIPPV）抢救呼吸衰竭时，由于鼻部长期受呼吸面罩压迫，导致受压部位出现皮肤颜色改变、水肿甚至红肿溃疡的并发癥，发生率高达30%～60%。
