1.东方红-802型拖拉机不宜改装成推土机近几年,用户服务工作中,发现不少用户将802型拖拉机加装推土装置。其目的一是使802型拖拉机既能农田作业,又能推土作业,达到一机多用。二是省钱经济。802型拖拉机装上推土铲后,价格比70型推土机的价格可便宜几千元,而发动机的功率却增加了7.35千瓦(10马力)。实际能否达到这样的目的,我们从技术和经济的角度作一分析: 从设计的角度看,802型拖拉机是为农田作业工况条件设计的。耕地作业,理论速度Ⅱ档为5.5千米/小时,标定牵引力为29.4千牛(3吨级)。作业时负荷稳定,基本上无冲击负荷。如加装推土装置,用Ⅱ档显然速度太快了。土壤比阻较大时多用Ⅰ档,可达到34.3千牛(3.5吨)牵引力,Ⅰ档在农业上是备
