目的 :探讨癫痫病人血液和脑脊液 (CSF)中生长抑素 (SS)的浓度和抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体 (Anti-AchR)、抗突触前膜抗体 (Anti-PrsM)的阳性率及其临床意义。方法 :应用放射免疫分析和ELISA测定 88例癫痫病人血液中SS的含量及胆碱能受体抗体的阳性率 ,其中 30例做CSF配对测定。结果 :癫痫病人血液和CSF中SS浓度明显低于对照组 ;血清和CSF中抗胆碱能受体抗体Anti-AchR和Anti-PrsM的阳性率分别为 4 0 9%和 36 7% ;抗体阳性组CSFIgG指数异常者占 5 4 5 % ,而阴性组仅为 15 8% ;抗体阳性患者血浆和CSF中SS含量均显著低于抗体阴性患者。结论 :癫痫病人血浆和CSF中SS含量显著降低 ,同时存在胆碱能神经元突触前、后膜的自身免疫性损害 ,并与SS含量的降低相一致
Objective: To investigate the concentration of somatostatin (SS) in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the positive rate of anti-AchR and anti-PrsM in epilepsy patients and its clinical significance . Methods: Radioimmunoassay and ELISA were used to determine the content of SS and the positive rate of cholinergic receptor antibody in 88 cases of epilepsy. Thirty cases were matched with CSF. Results: The SS concentration in blood and CSF of epileptic patients was significantly lower than that of the control group. The positive rates of anti-cholinergic antibody Anti-AchR and Anti-PrsM in serum and CSF were 40.9% and 36.7%, respectively. The antibody positive The CSFIgG index of abnormal group accounted for 54.5%, while the negative group was only 15.8%. The levels of SS in plasma and CSF of patients with positive antibody were significantly lower than those with negative antibody. CONCLUSIONS: The content of SS in plasma and CSF of epilepsy patients decreased significantly, while the autoimmune damage of synaptic and post-synaptic membranes of cholinergic neurons was present, which was consistent with the decrease of SS content
