中国现在正处于经济快速发展的阶段,并在改革开放以来取得了举世瞩目的成就。但是,社会保障与就业仍然是中国现阶段所关注的两个重要的民生问题。中国现行社会保障制度对就业的影响既有积极的方面,又有消极的方面。因此,要不断完善社会保障制度,发挥它对就业的积极作用,消除消极作用,这对于促进就业,维护社会稳定有着重要的意义。
China is now at a stage of rapid economic development and has made remarkable achievements since its reform and opening up. However, social security and employment remain the two most important livelihood issues of concern to China at this stage. The current social security system in China has both positive and negative effects on employment. Therefore, it is of great significance to continuously improve the social security system, give full play to its positive role in employment, and eliminate its negative effects. This is of great significance to promoting employment and maintaining social stability.
