随着改革开放深化,我国的国际经济合作事业发展较快,成绩显著。到1991年9月底全国已有123家国营外经公司在世界138个国家和地区开展了承包工程和劳务合作业务,累计签订合同21239项,总金额176亿美元,完成营业额110亿美元;派出各种劳务人员46万人次,带动设备材料出口10亿美元;还在101个国家和地区举办各类非贸易企业927家。出现了承包项目增多,劳务人员壮大,海外企业发展,经济社会效益看好,为国家创汇增加了好景象。为了总结交流经验,表彰先进,研讨发展战略,经贸部于1991年12月10日至13日在上海举行了全国国际经济技术合作公司总经理会议。经贸部领导成员乌兰木伦、上海市副市长刘振元、赵启正及市政府顾问汪道涵等出席并分别作重要讲话,还向
With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s international economic cooperation has developed rapidly and has achieved remarkable results. By the end of September 1991, 123 state-owned foreign economic and trade companies had undertaken contracted projects and labor service cooperation in 138 countries and regions around the world. They had signed a total of 21,239 contracts with a total value of US$17.6 billion and achieved a turnover of US$11 billion; A total of 460,000 laborers of various kinds engaged in exporting equipment materials worth one billion U.S. dollars, and 927 non-trade enterprises in 101 countries and regions. There has been an increase in contracted projects, the growth of labor personnel, the development of overseas companies, and good economic and social benefits, which has added a good picture for the country’s foreign exchange earnings. In order to sum up the exchange of experience, commend advanced and discuss development strategies, the Ministry of Economics and Trade held a general meeting of national international economic and technological cooperation companies in Shanghai from December 10th to 13th, 1991.
