本文结合甘肃实际,探讨了财政政策在推进主体功能区建设中的作用,以及现行财税体制中制约主体功能区建设的主要因素,并提出了推进主体功能区建设的财政政策基本思路。
Based on the reality of Gansu Province, this paper discusses the role of fiscal policy in promoting the construction of the main functional zones and the main factors that constrain the construction of the main functional zones in the current fiscal and taxation system. The paper also proposes the basic ideas of fiscal policy to promote the construction of the main functional zones.
