建筑节能是全社会节约能源的重要组成部分,随着房地产业的继续发展和建筑性能的提高,建筑能耗占全社会总能耗的比例必将随之增长。针对目前的建筑能源使用不经济状况,房地产开发企业作为能源消耗的重头产业,在建筑策划定位和建设标准选型上,应该积极投身到先进适用的节能技术产品及材料的推广和使用中去。
Building energy efficiency is an important part of the whole society to save energy. With the continuous development of the real estate industry and the improvement of building performance, the proportion of building energy consumption to the total energy consumption of the whole society will surely increase. In view of the current uneconomic use of energy in construction, real estate development companies, as the heavy industry of energy consumption, should actively devote themselves to the promotion and use of advanced and applicable energy-saving technology products and materials in the selection of building planning and construction standards.
