病例摘要:患者,男,23岁,农民,因半年前受凉后出现乏力、低热、盗汗、纳差、咳嗽、咯白色泡沫痰,偶带血丝,并感胸痛,尤以咳嗽时为重,在当地私人诊所给予药物静点半月(药物名称及剂量均不详)后症状略缓解.半年来上述症状时重时轻,并感体重减轻,此期间曾在当地卫生所诊断为“肺结核合并感染”,给予抗痨、抗炎治疗,病情无明显缓解.1周前再次受凉后,上述症状加重,并感呼吸困难、失眠、夜间不能平卧、咳嗽带金属音、无痰、胸痛加剧,以左侧为甚,既往体健,吸烟4年,家族中无结核病史.
