在现代篮球比赛中,任何一种防守战术,都离不开防守队员相互之间的协同防守。集体协防质量的高低,不仅反映出一支球队防守水平的好坏,而且直接关系到篮球比赛的胜利。本文就集体协防的具体内容及其规律性从理论上简要分析一下。 根据“以球为主”的原则,可将集体协防分为四个部分:(一)弱侧协防;(二)上线底线协防;(三)内外线协防;(四)半场与全场协防。 首先谈谈弱侧协防的区域划分:以篮圈的中轴线为准划一条直线到中圈,将球场分为左、右两部分。球在左侧区域时,左侧称为强侧或有球侧,右侧区称为弱侧或无球
