报道30例经手术证实的原发性胆囊癌，其误诊率高达对30．0％（9／30），合并胆囊结石者占83．3％（25／30），肿瘤向肝脏转移者占53．3％（16／30），且转移早；绝大多数胆囊癌是腺癌。结果表明胆囊癌与胆囊结石关系密切，早期治疗效果好，一旦出现肝转移则预后不良。并就有关术式进行了讨论。
