高位胆管癌（胆管上段癌及肝门胆管癌）常累及肝门部血管，根治切除机会很少。大多数病例只能行姑息性治疗。我院自1975～1993年间共收治高位胆管瘤89例，其中行姑息性治疗43例（48．3％），现报告如下。1临床资料1·1一般资料43例中男性29例，女性14例，年龄20～69岁，平均52
High-grade cholangiocarcinoma (upper bile duct carcinoma and hilar cholangiocarcinoma) often involves hilar vessels, and there is little chance of radical resection. Palliative treatment is only available in most cases. Our hospital has treated 89 cases of high cholangiocarcinoma from 1975 to 1993, of which 43 cases (48.3%) were palliative.
