内政字[2015]113号5月13日各盟行政公署、市人民政府,自治区各有关委、办厅、局:为了进一步转变经济发展方式,调整优化经济结构,推进生态文明建设,切实做好“十二五”节能减碳工作,经自治区人民政府研究,现将盟市2015年度节能与碳排放控制目标分解下达。各盟行政公署、市人民政府要对照目标任务要求,制定工作措施、落实工作责任,确保完成节能降碳目标。
