为探明烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂在烤烟育苗大棚不同部位及接蚜量下的繁育规律,以‘云烟87’为材料,于2015年在贵州省开阳县楠木渡镇新凤村烤烟育苗基地(107°01′33.2″E,27°17′16.6″N)进行试验,探讨烤烟育苗大棚不同部位(前部和后部)及接蚜量(20、40、60头/株)对烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂繁育的影响。结果表明:烤烟育苗大棚前部积温、日均温及日均最高温均高于后部,日均湿度略低于后部;大棚后部烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂繁育量多于前部,接蚜量为40头/株的烟株,烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂繁育量最多,其次是20头/株的烟株,60头/株的烟株烟蚜及烟蚜茧蜂繁殖量最少;大棚后部烟株各农艺性状指标优于前部,接蚜量越多,烟株各农艺性状指标表现越差。综上,烤烟育苗大棚后部利于烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂繁殖量的增加,烟株生长发育较好,且初始接蚜量以40头/株为宜,20头/株或60头/株对烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂繁殖不利。

The more aphids were caught, the poorer the indicators of agronomic traits were. In summary, the rear part of flue-cured tobacco seedling greenhouses is conducive to the increase of reproduction of tobacco aphid and tobacco aphid Brachycis californica, and the growth and development of tobacco plants are good, and the initial accession of aphids is 40 / plant, 20 / plant or 60 / plant Aphid and tobacco aphid Braconidae propagation adverse.
