近几年来,南京市鼓楼区法院以抓队伍促业务为理念,始终围绕“公正与效率”这一主题,以“一个不违纪,一个不掉队”为目标,图于未然,治于无事,大兴勤廉之风,推进司法公正,实现了“双赢”。2002年该院被省院荣记集体二等功,并涌现出“全国十大杰出法官”——吴苹等一批先进个人;2003年12月,院监察室获得了全省法院系统纪检监察先进集体的殊荣。
