今年以来,临邑县人民法院通过加强与人大代表的联系,使法院的审判质量和效率明显提高,全院公开开庭率为100%,刑事、民事、经济三个审判庭平均审结案件率为86%,与往年相比提高了15个百分点,上诉率仅为3%,所有的审判业务庭均无审判积案。首先,临邑县人民法院认真向县人民代表大会及其常委会报告工作。除定期向人民代表大会及其常委会报告法院工作情况外,坚持重大事项、重大案件随时向人大常委会报告,重大活动邀请人大领导参加,法院的工作意见、规定、简报等书面材料随时报送人大及相关领导。二是接受人大代表视察、评议,积极协助人大机关组织好人大代表对法院工作的视察和评议活动,对活动中提出的建议和意见,院党组逐项研究落实措施,并在15天内向人大代表通报贯彻落实情况。
