进入21世纪以来,我国动物保健品行业竞争日益加重,兽药产品已全面进入买方市场,动保行业整体表现产能过剩,供求失衡,兽药企业同质化竞争日趋加重,市场的无序和恶性竞争愈演愈烈,生产企业和经营企业的生存发展危机重重。随着生物安全问题的显现和人们对食品安全意识的增强,政府利用政策扶持和法规监管双重手段,治理和规范生产和流通两个领域,强制实施兽药生产质量管理GMP认证和兽药经营质量管理GSP认证,制止和扭转当前动物保健品行业的混乱局面已势在必行。
