本文就球面渐开线圆锥齿轮的几何原理作了分析研究,对圆锥齿轮啮合的基本定律、球面渐开线的性质、标准球面渐开线齿轮的基本尺寸、球面渐开线齿轮正确啮合的条件、制造方法、(?)齿侧间隙啮合方程式、质量指标(包括重叠系数、磨损系数和几何压力系数)、齿轮的干涉及过渡圆半径的选择以及球面渐开线齿轮的设计等方面进行了较系统的对论。利用本文所提出的方法设计齿轮传动,较用当量齿数的方法可以得到更大的啮合角,因而可以得到更好的指量指标。本文还举例说明了整个的计算过程。
In this paper, the geometrical principle of spherical involute bevel gear is analyzed. The basic laws of bevel gear meshing, the properties of spherical involute, the basic dimensions of standard involute spur gear, the conditions of correct engagement of spherical involute gear , Manufacturing method, (?) Flank meshing equation, quality index (including overlap coefficient, wear coefficient and geometric pressure coefficient), gear interference and the choice of transition radius and spherical involute gear design and so on System theory. Using the method proposed in this paper to design a gear drive, a larger meshing angle can be obtained by using the equivalent number of teeth, so that a better index can be obtained. This article also illustrates the entire calculation process.
