当前,我国高校开展的“入党源”培养模式的探索工作取得了较为丰硕的成果,为培养政治上合格、知识上过硬的高素质大学生党员做出了巨大的贡献。但是,也不可否认在我国高校二级党校开展“入党源”培养模式还存在较多的问题以及研究、探索的盲区,尤其是在民族院校对该课题进行研究和探索具有其特殊性与紧迫性。本文试图从多方面分析和探索民族高校二级党校“入党源”培养模式,为民族院校日后开展二级党校“入党源”培养模式提供较为系统的理论依据以及对策。
At present, we have made fruitful achievements in the exploration of the training mode for “joining the party” in higher education institutions in our country and have made tremendous contributions to cultivating high-quality college student politicians who are politically qualified and knowledgeable. However, it is undeniable that there are still many problems and the blind spots for research and exploration in carrying out the mode of “joining the party” in the development of the secondary school and university in our country, especially in the research and exploration of the subject in ethnic colleges and universities And urgency. This article attempts to analyze and explore the training mode of secondary school ’s “joining the party ” from various aspects and provide more systematic theoretical basis and countermeasure for the training mode of national secondary school “entering the party ”.
