对28例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发肺癌患者的临床资料进行了回顾,从临床症状、体征和X线表现对其特点进行分析,归纳出若干老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发肺癌的可疑信号,就早期诊断提出几点建议。
The clinical data of 28 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical symptoms, signs and X-ray findings were used to analyze the characteristics of the patients.
