高校成人高等教育已经成为了高等教育的一个重要内容,其作为教育的组成部分,目的是为了培养符合社会需要的人才,要想更好的实现这一目标,必须对教育进行多方面的改进和创新。其中最为主要的当属教学管理机制的创新,在这一机制改进过程中要坚持将学生作为改进的中心,这也符合我国科学发展观的基本要求。在教学中保证成人教育的质量是高校成人教育的重点之一,二十一世纪教育的发展方向也是如此。本文针对高等教育教学管理机制的相关问题进行探讨,并针对如何构建这一机制提出自己的建议。
Adult higher education in colleges and universities has become an important part of higher education. As an integral part of education, the goal is to train qualified personnel in line with social needs. To achieve this goal better, we must make various improvements in education Innovation. Among them, the most important one is the innovation of the teaching management mechanism. In the process of improving this mechanism, we must insist on using the students as the center of improvement. This is in line with the basic requirements of the scientific development concept of our country. In teaching to ensure the quality of adult education is one of the key adult education in colleges and universities, the 21st century education is also the direction of development. This article probes into the related problems of higher education teaching management mechanism and puts forward my own suggestion on how to construct this mechanism.
