目的:对比、分析便携式血糖仪以及生化分析仪检测糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平的价值。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2016年8月间收治的糖尿病患者56例,所有患者均先后应用便携式血糖仪、生化分析仪检测空腹血糖,其中,便携式血糖仪为指尖末梢采血,生化分析仪为肘静脉抽血,对比两种检测方法的检测结果。结果:对比结果显示,便携式血糖仪的血糖平均检测值与生化分析仪比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者的空腹血糖检测,应用便携式血糖仪测定具有操作简便、检测快速、采血疼痛轻微等优点,在临床检验中具有重要应用价值。
Objective: To compare and analyze the value of portable blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer in detecting fasting blood glucose in diabetic patients. Methods: Fifty-six patients with diabetes mellitus were selected from January 2016 to August 2016 in our hospital. All patients were followed by portable glucose meter and biochemical analyzer to detect fasting blood glucose. Among them, Analyzer for the elbow venous blood, contrast test results of the two detection methods. Results: The comparison results showed that there was no significant difference between the average blood glucose of portable blood glucose meter and the biochemical analyzer (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The fasting blood glucose test in diabetic patients with portable blood glucose meter has the advantages of simple operation, rapid detection, slight bleeding pain and so on. It has important application value in clinical examination.
