国家对教育的投入是保证经济持续发展和稳定增长的重要源泉,为此各国政府正围绕着对教育的投资展开日趋激烈的国际竞争。从各国实践看,财政对教育投入的增加需要国民作出必要的牺牲。那种以财政资金紧张为由而迟迟不增加对教育投入的主张或做法是短视的。
The state’s investment in education is an important source of sustained and stable economic growth. Governments of various countries are therefore increasingly fiercely competing around the world for investment in education. From the practice of various countries, the increase of financial investment in education requires that the citizens make the necessary sacrifices. The kind of advocacy or practice that delays investment in education on the pretext of financial constraints is short-sighted.
