例 1男性 ,5 0岁。无痛性血尿 1周。Ｂ超、ＣＴ及膀胱镜证实为膀胱肿瘤。手术探查发现左肾占位 ,疑为结石。行左肾输尿管及全膀胱切除直肠代膀胱术。病理检查 巨检 :全膀胱 8ｃｍ× 5ｃｍ× 5ｃｍ ,底部三角区右侧见一肿块 2ｃｍ× 2ｃｍ ,切面灰白色 ,侵及肌层。左肾 14ｃｍ
