为有效监督省直厅(局)行政审批行为,及时发现和纠正行政审批过程中存在的问题,我省下发了《山西省行政审批电子监察预警纠错实施细则(试行)》、《山西省行政审批电子监察投诉处理实施细则(试行)》、《山西省行政审批电子监察绩效考评实施细则(试行)》三个实施细则,以进一步促进政府机关依法行政,提高行政审批效能。
In order to effectively supervise the administrative examination and approval of the Provincial Directorate (Bureau) and timely find out and correct the problems in the process of administrative examination and approval, the province issued the “Shanxi Province Administrative Examination and Approval Electronic Supervision Early Warning and Error Correction Implementation Regulations (Trial)”, “Shanxi Province Administrative Examination and Approval Electronic Supervision Complaints Implementation Rules (for Trial Implementation) ”,“ Shanxi Province, administrative examination and approval of electronic monitoring performance evaluation implementation details (Trial) ”three implementation details to further promote the government agencies in accordance with the law to improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval.
