一、从人类原始的视听感觉谈起西方的宗教传统留给西方知识分子这样一种思维习惯:在他们的一生中,常常会不断地追问自己:“我”是谁,上帝为什么创造了我?它交给我的使命是什么,我怎样做才能完成自己在这个世界上历史使命?现在,真正信仰上帝的西方人已经不很多了,但保留着这种思维习惯的人仍然不在少数。我们中国人没有西方的这种宗教传统,我们当中的一些人往往是干什么便想什么。总的说,对于终极目的的问题是很少考虑的。这两种思维习惯大概各有利弊,但当我们对自己所担负的工作有些陌生,
First, speaking from the original audiovisual perception of human beings, Western religious traditions are left to Western intellectuals as a habit of thinking. Often, they often ask themselves in their lifetime about who I am and why God created me? What is its mission entrusted to me and what can I do to accomplish my historical mission in this world?
