“将军虎”原称布老虎。历史久远,世代相传。八路军总部进驻麻田时,当地老百姓一针一线亲手绣制布老虎送给八路军官兵,希望他们打胜仗更希望他们勇敢、平安。1 942年八路军副总参谋长左权将军在麻田十字岭殉难时从身上掏出的布老虎,就是当地老百姓送给将军随身携带的礼物。为纪念左权将军,当地老百姓把布老虎叫做“将军虎”。
“General tiger ” formerly known as cloth tiger. A long history, from generation to generation. Eighth Route Army headquarters stationed in Ma Tian, the local people stitch hand embroidered cloth tiger to the Eighth Route Army officers and soldiers, I hope they win the battle but also hope that they are brave and safe. In 1942, General Zuo Quan, deputy chief of general staff of the Eighth Route Army, took out the cloth tiger from the body during the martyrdom cross-ridge martyrdom. It was a gift that the local people gave to the generals. To commemorate General Zuo Quan, local people call the cloth tiger “general tiger.”
