常立杰是一名路桥建设者,十几年来,他把心血倾注在崇山峻岭、滔滔江河间,用智慧和汗水连通了山山水水,在江河湖海上架起了一座座彩虹桥。身为路桥项目负责人,常立杰时刻用高标准严格要求自己。他认为,一名工程管理人员必须具备脚踏实地、开拓进取的思想,必须具备较高的业务素质和廉洁自律、奉公守法的思想品德。自担任项目经理以来,他时刻起到带头作用,敢于负责,及时解决实际问题,认真抓好各项工作。
Changli Jie is a road and bridge builder. For more than a decade, he devoted his efforts to the mountains and rivers, connecting rivers and streams with wisdom and sweat, and set up a rainbow bridge over the rivers and lakes. As the leader of road and bridge project, Changli Jie always requires himself with high standards. He believes that an engineering management personnel must have a down-to-earth, pioneering and enterprising thinking, must have a higher professional quality and integrity, self-discipline and law-abiding ideological and moral character. Since he took the post of project manager, he has played a leading role at all times, dared to take charge, solved practical problems in time, and earnestly did a good job in all kinds of work.
