钻孔灌注桩不仅能够穿过较为复杂的土层,还能对地基有加固作用,而且其承载能力较为广泛,施工机具简单,施工安全性能好等特点,在工程中具有广泛的应用。但由于其施工环节较多,技术要求高,因此人为的影响较大,若稍有疏忽就有可能出现一些质量病害问题,甚至会造成病桩、断桩等质量事故,危及工程施工安全。本文主要是从钻孔灌注桩的质量病害控制出发,介绍了一些控制桩身质量的技术方法。
Drilled cast-in-place piles not only can pass through more complex soil layers, but also have a reinforcement effect on the foundation, and it has a wide range of bearing capacity, simple construction equipment, and good construction safety performance, and has a wide range of applications in the project. However, due to its many construction processes and high technical requirements, man-made influences are greater. If there is slight negligence, there may be some quality problems, and even quality accidents such as sick piles and broken piles may endanger the safety of project construction. This article mainly starts with the quality control of bored cast-in-place piles and introduces some technical methods for controlling the quality of piles.
