带锯具有出材率高、生产效率高的特点,是木材加工的重要设备。但锯板进尺要靠手工操作,计量和掌握按钮要同时进行。由于机械转速高,手工进尺很难控制。带锯按计量进尺,而计量又靠牢记标尺基数(即基数减界板数减锯路消耗数等于进尺数),使产量和质量难以提高。“带锯自动进尺计量装置”,可弥补上述缺陷。本装置经几年实践,效果良好,实现了进尺计量自动化,可提高工效30～50％,锯材误差在±0.5毫米以内,符合建材质量标准规定。一、工作原理自动进尺计量装置由机械和电气两部分组成,电路控制由“点动”和“自动”组成。
