由于考虑到城市货运调度模型兼有数学与管理两重性质的特点,本文在充分分析现行启发式及规划式两类货运调度算法的基础上,提出两环节规划式调度算法:首先应用运筹学的规划法求得城市货运空车整体调度方案的最佳理论解,然后以此为目标采用组合式算法进一步求出与之相同或尽可能接近的实际解。本算法在拥有100~200辆汽车的城市货运企业进行实际运行试验结果表明,平均每日约可提高里程利用率2%以上。
Considering that the urban freight dispatching model has the characteristics of both mathematics and management, based on the full analysis of the current heuristic and planning two types of freight dispatching algorithms, this paper proposes a two-part planned dispatching algorithm: Firstly, The best theoretical solution to the empty dispatch plan of city trucking goods is obtained by the method of law, and then the combinatorial algorithm is used to further obtain the same or as close as possible practical solution. The actual running test of this algorithm in urban freight transport enterprises with 100-200 cars shows that the average daily mileage utilization can be increased by more than 2%.
