本文通过测定小鼠各器官氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)的掺入,研究氯化甲基汞对不同器官DNA合成的影响。实验结果表明,小鼠经腹腔注射2和12Pμg/g体重氯化甲基汞明显抑制睾丸、肝和小肠~3H-TdR的掺入,这有助于解释氯化甲基汞的诱变和致畸作用。氯化甲基汞对脾和胸腺~3H-TdR的掺入则具有促进作用,其机制尚不清楚。可能与氯化甲基汞损伤细胞膜、影响细胞整合和活化DNA前体物的转运有关。
In this paper, we measured the incorporation of thymidine (~ 3H-TdR) in various organs of mice to study the effect of methylmercury chloride on DNA synthesis in different organs. The experimental results showed that intraperitoneal injection of methylmercury chloride at 2 and 12 pg / g body weight significantly inhibited the incorporation of ~ 3H-TdR into testes, liver and small intestine, which helped to explain the mutagenesis of methylmercury chloride Teratogenic effect. Methylmercury chloride may damage the cell membrane, affecting cell integration and activation of DNA precursor transporter.
