目的:a~观察硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择68例糖尿病患者,分别应用硫辛酸和甲钴胺联合丁咯地尔治疗,比较2组治疗前后临床症状及神经传导速度的变化。结果:治疗组治疗15天后神经传导速度较前增加,临床症状减轻。结论:硫辛酸能显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变,明显提高临床疗效,达到较好的治疗效果。
Objective: a ~ lipoic acid treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus were selected and treated with lipoic acid and mecobalamin in combination with buflomedil respectively. The changes of clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The nerve conduction velocity increased 15 days after treatment in the treatment group, and the clinical symptoms were relieved. Conclusion: Lipoic acid can significantly improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy, significantly improve the clinical efficacy and achieve better therapeutic effect.
