The female patient, 18 years old, had a mass of 2 months in the upper left abdomen. A mass of about 10cm x 10cm in size can be touched on the left upper abdomen of the patient. The mass is tough, the edges are smooth, there is a certain degree of activity, and there is no tenderness or rebound tenderness.
