抗日战争时期,陈云同志连续七年担任中共中央组织部部长,为我们党建设一支人数众多、德才兼备、能够胜任伟大革命任务的干部队伍,作出了卓越贡献。他在干部工作中提出的许多带有重要指导意义的用人之道,闪耀着唯物辩证法的思想光辉。《陈云文选》(1926—1949年)中有关干部问题的论述,就是这些思想的集中体现。当前,认真学习这些著作,对做好新时期的干部工作具有重要的指导意义。
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Comrade Chen Yun served as Minister of Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for seven consecutive years and made outstanding contributions to our party building a contingent of cadres capable of carrying out the great revolutionary task with a large number of people with the same ability and political integrity. In his cadre work, many important and instructive means of employing him have shined the glorious ideology of materialist dialectics. The discourse on the issue of cadres in Chen Yun Wen Xuan (1926-1949) is a concentrated expression of these thoughts. At present, earnestly studying these books is of great guiding significance for doing a good job in the work of cadres in the new period.
