本文报道了粉煤灰填充的聚丙烯酰胺 /铬冻胶堵剂SZD 3的研制和应用情况。堵剂SZD 3为由经乙醇和表面活性剂处理的聚丙烯酰胺、铬交联剂、粉煤灰按质量比 7∶3∶10 0混合而成的粉剂 ,在现场配制成 10 %的悬浮液注入施工井。粉煤灰填充堵剂SZD 3形成的冻胶 ,稳定性和承压强度均显著提高。将SZD 3用于孤岛油田 7口注水井的调剖 ,获得了良好的效果。在本项研究中引用落柱法测量冻胶的承压强度
This paper reports the development and application of polyacrylamide / chrome gel plugging agent SZD 3 filled with fly ash. The plugging agent SZD 3 is a powder prepared by mixing polyacrylamide, chromium crosslinking agent and fly ash treated with ethanol and surfactant in the mass ratio of 7: 3: 100 and prepared into a 10% suspension in the field Into the construction well.
