第1届技术交流大会于2015年9月17—18日在青海省西宁市召会,来自军队设计协作组成员单位代表、论文作者等共34个单位的112人参加了会议。17日晚,分会协作组组织常务委员召开了技术交流会预备会。18日技术交流会开幕式由协作组主任委员李国繁专业总工主持,总参工程兵第四设计研究院吴向阳副院长致开幕词,总参工程兵61016部队彭科云副总队长致欢迎词,分会理事长罗继杰设计大师讲话并介绍分会近期工作。会上,协作组秘书长金晓公宣读了会议优
The 1st Technical Exchange Conference was held in the church of Xining City, Qinghai Province on September 17-18, 2015, and 112 people from 34 units, including representatives of the army design team and authors of the dissertation, attended the conference. On the evening of the 17th, the Standing Committee of the Branch Coordination Group organized a preparatory meeting for the technical exchange. The opening ceremony of the 18th technical exchange meeting was presided over by Li Guofan, the chief engineer of the collaborative group, and Wu Xiangyang, vice president of the 4th Design & Research Institute of the PLA General Staff. Opening remarks were delivered by the deputy commander of the PLA Corps 61016 Troops Peng Keyun. The chairman of the branch Master Luo Jiejie speaks and introduces the club’s recent work. At the meeting, Jin Xiao Gong, Secretary-General of the Cooperation Group, read the excellent meeting
