目的研究缺血性中风患者血浆中抗心磷脂抗体(ACLA)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)含量变 化,探讨ACLA与缺血性中风的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法及放射免疫方法测定80例缺血性中风患者血浆抗心磷脂抗体ACLA 及TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α,并与对照组40例结果比较。结果缺血性中风组ACLA阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),ACLA分型中,缺 血性中风组 IgG型阳性率也明显高于对照组(P<0. 01),在缺血性中风组及 ACLA阳性组 TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α有明显变化。结论 ACLA与缺血性中风有关,IgG型ACLA为主要致病性抗体,ACLA损害内皮细胞,破坏PGI2与TXA2平衡。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma anticardiolipin antibodies (ACLA), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1α in patients with ischemic stroke and to explore the relationship between ACLA and ischemic stroke . Methods Plasma anti-cardiolipin antibodies ACLA and TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1α in 80 patients with ischemic stroke were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and radioimmunoassay. The results were compared with those of the control group. Results The positive rate of ACLA in ischemic stroke group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). In ACLA classification, the positive rate of IgG in ischemic stroke group was also significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01) In the ischemic stroke group and ACLA positive group TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α significant changes. Conclusion ACLA is associated with ischemic stroke. IgGA type ACLA is the main pathogenic antibody. ACLA can damage endothelial cells and destroy the balance between PGI2 and TXA2.
