依法治国的提出是我国法治建设中的重大举措,更是我国在国际环境中发展的必然选择。在依法治国的战略下,公、检、法三个机关发挥着重要的作用,其中检察院由于其具有监督权而在三个机关中具有特殊位置。监督权是检察院在行使检察权过程中的一项重要权利,而对公安机关的侦查监督又是监督权中的一项重要内容,在今天的社会环境下,侦查监督发挥着不可忽视的作用,本文主要以侦查监督的界定及内容为基础,对我国的侦查监督现状进行分析,同时提出了完善我国侦查监督制度的一些建议。
Putting forward the principle of governing the country according to law is a major move in the construction of the rule of law in our country. It is also an inevitable choice for our country to develop in an international environment. Under the strategy of governing the country according to law, the three organs of public security, seizure and law all play an important role, of which the procuratorate has a special position among the three organs because of its supervisory power. Supervision is the procuratorate’s procuratorial power in the process of procuratorial power is an important right, and the investigation and supervision of public security organs is an important part of the supervision power. In today’s social environment, the investigation and supervision play a non-negligible role, Based on the definition and content of investigation and supervision, this paper analyzes the current situation of investigation and supervision in our country and puts forward some suggestions to improve the system of investigation and supervision in our country.
