武汉大学研制的新型显色剂对马尿酸偶氮氯膦与稀土反应具有灵敏度高,选择性好的优点。对该反应的研究及应用已有报道。但该试剂背景较深,用常規的单波长试剂作参比进行测定时,由于生成络合物消耗了部分显色剂和显色剂加入量稍有变化,都将影响结果的精确度。为了解决试剂背景深的问题,本文把显色剂当作一种干扰组分,用双波长K系数法测定。与通常的单波长测定结果比较,精确度有明显提高。方法操作简单。直接用于铝合金中微量铈组稀土的测定,结果满意。
The new color reagent developed by Wuhan University has the advantages of high sensitivity and good selectivity for the reaction of hippuramine with rare earth. The research and application of this reaction have been reported. However, this reagent has a dark background. When the conventional single wavelength reagent is used as a reference, slight variations in the amount of the developer and the developer due to the formation of the complex will affect the accuracy of the results. In order to solve the problem of deep reagent background, the color reagent as an interference component, measured by the dual-wavelength K-factor method. Compared with the usual single wavelength measurement results, the precision is obviously improved. The method is easy to operate. It is directly used for the determination of rare earth cerium in aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
