Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of acute cerebral infarction by combination of uracil and batroxobin. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Fourth Hospital of Tianjin from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was treated on the basis of conventional treatment Given intravenous infusion of uracil 0.15PNA unit, 1 times / d, a total of 14d, and batroxobin day 10BU, 5BU on the third day, fifth day 5BU intravenous infusion; control group given batroxobin 1 Day 10BU, 5BU on the third day, and 5BU on the fifth day. The patients in both groups were treated for 14 days. The neurological deficit score, daily activity score and plasma fibrinogen score were observed at 20 and 60 days after treatment in both groups. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of neurological deficit in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the score of activities of daily living were significantly higher than those before treatment; the neurological deficits in observation group and control group Grading and activities of daily living score were better than the control group. Conclusions The treatment of acute cerebral infarction combined with uracil and batroxobin can reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction and also improve the activities of daily living in patients with acute cerebral infarction and can be used in clinical treatment.
