青草沙水源地原水工程是上海“十一五”建设规划的重点工程,是提高改善上海市民饮用水水质,造福上海市民的民生工程和实事工程。本文采取理论综述和实例分析相结合的研究方法,在对质量管理理论和发展趋势研究的基础上,以青草沙水源地原水工程严桥支线工程QYZ-C1标建设施工为背景,应用质量管理理论方法规范施工,积累经验,从而提高质量管理水平;对于施工中出现的质量问题,采用排列图、因果分析图等方法找出问题关键点,并为解决问题提出多种对策建议。对工程以后可能出现的类似质量问题有一定的指导性、预防性作用,使C1标工程得以顺利圆满的完成。
Qingcaosha water source raw water project is Shanghai “Eleventh Five-Year ” construction planning key project is to improve Shanghai residents drinking water quality, the benefit of Shanghai citizens livelihood projects and practical projects. Based on the research on the theory and trend of quality management, taking QYZ-C1 standard construction of YanQiao branch project of Qingcaosha water source raw water project as the background, this paper applies the theory of quality management Methods Standardized construction and accumulated experience to improve the quality management level. For the quality problems occurred during construction, the key points of the problems were found by using arrangement charts and causal analysis charts, and various countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for solving the problems. The project may have similar quality problems may have some guidance, preventive effect, so that the successful completion of the C1 project successfully completed.
