用普鲁卡因联合加热的方法,体外净化3例急非淋白血病患者骨髓,结果显著,集落培养粒单祖细胞净化前后未见明显减少,白血病祖细胞净化后均未检出。净化后骨髓经自体移植后无明显不良反应,造血功能恢复良好。
With procaine combined heating method, in vitro purification of bone marrow in 3 patients with acute leukemia patients, the results were significant, colony culture granule progenitor cells showed no significant reduction before and after purification, leukemia progenitor cell were not detected after purification. After purification, there was no obvious adverse reaction after autologous transplantation, and the hematopoietic function recovered well.
